Founding Partner
Lot is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and co-founder of the Firm, bringing over a decade of experience to the table. As the managing partner, she oversees the accounting, taxation, auditing, and payroll services of the firm. Lot’s expertise spans diverse industries, from SMEs and start-up companies to foreign-owned corporations and specialized industries. Her approach involves tailoring solutions specifically to the unique needs of each business, maximizing client experience. She has successfully handled BIR audit cases and tax assessments, showcasing her proficiency in navigating complex tax regulations. With a background in both the public and private sectors, Lot leverages her comprehensive understanding to provide value-added services to clients.
Prior to founding the firm, she gained valuable experience at SGV & Co., a member practice of Ernst and Young (EY) Global Limited. Additionally, Lot has contributed to pioneer engagements in leading outsourcing firms and tech companies in the Philippines, occasionally sharing her insights as a speaker at industry events.

Justine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a founding partner of the firm. With over a decade of professional experience, he specializes in providing strategic advisory services, particularly in business processes and systems, as well as leading special audit investigation engagements. His expertise extends to business formation, where he offers invaluable insights, especially to start-up companies. He is also a tech-driven individual, leading the firm towards innovation and digital transformation to adapt to changes in the industry and help businesses innovate.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Justine gained valuable experience at SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst and Young (EY) Limited. During his tenure, he served a diverse clientele across various industries in the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. Justine considers his time at SGV & Co. as a valuable experience, where he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the industry. His dedication to excellence and strategic leadership makes him an invaluable asset to the team, driving the firm’s growth and success. Justine is committed to providing personalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client, underscoring his reputation as a trusted advisor in the field of accounting and business consulting.

Lot is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) co-founder and managing partner of the Firm. She is practicing the profession since 2013 with relevant work experience in external and internal audit, taxation, and management accounting. She was previously part of SGV & Co.. a member practice of Ernst and Young Global Limited, handling different industries and top corporations. She also worked as an Accounting Supervisor in one of the leading publishers in the Philippines. Currently, she spearheads the accounting taxation and auditing services of the firm.

He is practicing the profession since 2013 with relevant experience in financial and compliance audit and management accounting.
